The National Human Rights Commission is investigating violations of human rights following the 1965 conflict. It is focusing on victims from both sides.

UNREPORTED in the press, four people visited the office of the National Human Rights Commission (Komnas HAM) in Menteng, Central Jakarta last Wednesday. Apparently trying to stay out of sight, they spoke with Nur Kholis, chairman of the Team Investigating Allegations of Gross Human Rights Violations 1965-1966, from the commission. Then they went their separate ways.
