SEVEN members of the Indonesian House of Representatives toured the docking of Indonesian workers in Tawau, Malaysia, and their barracks in Nunukan, East Kalimantan, in mid-December. This Special Committee on the Anti-Smuggling of Migrant Workers Bill wanted to see the passage of illegal workers at the border. It is felt that this law being prepared is important to protect migrant workers. “So that those brokers supplying illegal workers who ha
