The Komnas HAM Investigation Team is calling for the Lapindo mud case to be seen as a serious human rights violation. However the necessary evidence is another matter.

WHEN the voting session started, Saharudin Daming did not raise his hand. Of the 11 meeting members, 10 votes paired equally into two. Daming, member of the board of commissioners of the National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) would therefore determine the result.
