Sarjan Sentenced

SARJAN Tahir, a former member of the Forestry Commission at the House of Representatives, was sentenced to four years and six months’ imprisonment and a fine of Rp200 million by the Corruption Court on Wednesday last week. This sentence is more lenient then what the prosecutor was asking, who called for five years imprisonment and a fine of Rp250 million.
