The House Special Committee, or Pansus as it is known in Indonesia, has formulated its preliminary conclusions on the role played by President Abdurrahman Wahid in two financial scandals involving the State Logistics Agency (Bulog) and a US$2-million donation from the Sultan of Brunei.
