THE office of the Coordinating Minister for the Economy looked grander than usual due to the rows of metallic-black sedans with RI license plates in the parking area. Monday last week, the cabinet members were riding the newest Toyota Crown Royal Saloon 2008 cars to attend a coordinating meeting.
