A TAXI suddenly stopped in front of CV Pelangi, a ticket agent for inter-province bus service, on Jalan Letnan Jenderal Sutoyo, Cawang, East Jakarta, on Wednesday afternoon last week, and three middle-aged men got out. One of them, who was carrying a bag and a wrapped package, was picked up by someone driving a Honda Revo motorcycle, who had arrived from the direction of Cililitan.

The two others stood at the roadside, then walked off. “I had
