THE heavy-set man quickly opened the side door of the truck. Rojali, an employee of a publications agent in the Harmoni area of Central Jakarta saw the driver of the Isuzu Elf pickup truck turn the engine off. “The man then said: take out all the Tempo magazines!” he said. The driver obeyed and removed 300 copies of the weekly news magazine from the pile of media publications printed on Monday morning last week.
