WHENEVER he is asked about the State Secretariat’s asset in Senayan, Effendy Choirie takes a long, deep breath. The National Awakening Party (PKB) legislator in the House of Representatives (DPR) is well aware of the tug-of-war over the state property in the heart of the capital. The Senayan dispute is still ongoing, even in the 11th year since he became a parliament member.
