PRIOR to the end of his office, National Police Chief Gen. Bambang Hendarso Danuri made a controversial decision. He appointed Brig. Gen. Edmon Ilyas and Brig. Gen. Raja Erizman as expert staffers. The two senior officers had been allegedly involved in orchestrating the case of Gayus Tambunan.
