THERE were no snacks or hot drinks. Even tinutuan, a special porridge made in Tomohon, was not being served. Only a bottle of mineral water was on the table. This was because, on Friday afternoon two weeks ago, an emergency meeting was being held in a corner of the visiting room at the Cipinang detention facility. Four people sat around a square table less than a meter wide.
