THE two officials boarded the same plane, leaving Jakarta for Singapore on Saturday, September 21. Both of themBanten Governor Ratu Atut and then Constitutional Court Chief Justice Akil Mochtarwere in that Singapore Airlines flight SQ 953, as it departed the Indonesian capital at 8:25am West Indonesia Time.
