The information retrieved from Faza Anangga Novansyah's laptop was a critical piece of evidence as the National Police investigated the activities of the opaque Nusantara Dawn Movement (Gafatar). The file contained an organizational structure of the would-be state, including the distribution of responsibilities at the central and regional levels.
According to a copy of the file that Tempo obtained, the state would run under a national board of leaders headed by a president. In turn, he would be aided by a vice president and a general consultative body, eight ministries and agencies, and five directorates-general. A regional head would govern with the help of a deputy, several departments and division heads. In the structure, Faza Anangga is described as the deputy regional head of the Independent Farmers' Group camp in Muara Pawan, Ketapang, West Kalimantan.
