LAST Wednesday, Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama announced he was running again for the city's top office as a candidate of a political party. Previously, he preferred running as an independent. His group of volunteers, Friends of Ahok, succeeded in gathering one million expressions of support.
