Again, the case of former strongman Suharto has become a legal battlefield. It has recently been reported that he will be granted an abolition or abrogation of a criminal charge. Meanwhile it is being bruited that President Megawati has been considering this for humanitarian reasons, because of his critical health condition.

Apart from that, President Megawati wants to show her respect for him. Her stand is understandable. Because, Suharto
