What was clear, he said, was that Sunny had asked him about the contents of the draft regional regulation on the North Jakarta Strategic Coastal Area Spatial Plan, commonly known as the reclamation draft regulation, which was being deliberated by the Jakarta Regional House of Representatives (DPRD).
