Aguan has an interest in the reclamation project. Agung Sedayu Group subsidiary, Kapuk Naga Indah, has allocated the reclamation of five islands, namely Islands A, B, C, D and E, with an area of 1,331 hectares.

The KPK is holding a number of detainees and has banned a number of others from traveling
