AFTER leaving the Central Jakarta State Court's main courtroom, Fahmi Darmawansyah called Tempo over to a corner of the waiting room. "Ali Fahmi was the one who told me there was money to ensure the budget for the Bakamla project passes at the House of Representatives (DPR)," said Fahmi, who is a defendant in the Maritime Security Agency (Bakamla) monitoring satellite procurement case.
