The Atambua incident was over two weeks ago, but the heat is increasing in Jakarta. The burning of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees office in this town in West Timor by several East Timor refugees -- most likely by pro-Indonesia militia – and the killing of three of its foreign staff has escalated the pressure on Jakarta.
