This is a grave accusation. The man is said to have connections to Zacarias Moussaoui, the French citizen currently on trial in the United States for the terror attacks of September 11, 2001. He is said to be a ringleader connected to the militant Islamic network Al Qaeda led by Osama bin Laden.
