The Medical Ethics Council has been delaying Terawan Agus Putranto’s suspension and the revocation of his practice license since February 26. Dr. Terawan, chief of the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital, has been accused of applying digital subscription angiography (DSA)-a diagnostic procedure-to treat cerebrovascular patients despite the absence of prior clinical tests on the procedure’s use for treatment purposes.
