Until last week Takengon, nestled in the highlands of Central Aceh, was a small, peaceful and tranquil town. Town folks went about their business as usual. Markets and shops were crowded and daily activities proceeded at the usual pace. This is what you normally see in the town. "But move a little further inland and you will find a different atmosphere all together," said a soldier at the Command Headquarters of the 0106 Military Distri
