THE Expert Board of the House of Representatives (DPR) copied Article 6 of the Law on Films when formulating Article 5 of the Bill on Music in April last year. The board wanted the bill to contain prohibitions carrying criminal sanctions on violators as stipulated in the Law on Films.

“We have copy-pasted Article 6 of the Film Law to become Article 5 of the Music Bill. It is applicable in the Film Law, why cannot it be applied to music?&rd
