DRESSED in an official brown uniform, Frederik Viktor Palimbong rolled up his sleeve after arriving at the office of the regent of North Toraja, South Sulawesi, on Tuesday, August 10. Soon afterward, the arm of that deputy regent of North Toraja received a Moderna vaccine. That day he received his third dose or booster shot of the Covid-19 vaccine.
