IN front of the Annuqayah Islamic Boarding School in Sumenep Regency, East Java, on Friday, September 29, Muhaimin Iskandar introduced his partner Anies Baswedan. Muhaimin, Chairman of the National Awakening Party (PKB), did not hesitate to ask those present for blessings for their success in the 2024 presidential election. The PKB is strongly affiliated to Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), the biggest Islamic organization in Indonesia.
