DRESSED in a white shirt and black trousers, Utje Gustaaf Patty hurried to the office of President Joko Widodo at the State Palace on May 17. The time was 5pm. The Chairman of the Jokowi for President Volunteer Forum (Bara JP) was half an hour late for his meeting with the President. “How come the President has to wait,” Jokowi quipped when seeing Utje finally entering the room.
