AFTER reading each page of the report, Djoko Susilo threw it away. "This report is messy," said Susilo, a member of the budget committee of the House of Representatives (DPR) from the Reform faction, referring to the financial accountability report of the General Elections Commission (KPU) that he received last week.

The DPR questioned especially the bereavement compensation account in the report. KPU Chairman, Nazaruddin Syam
