SMALL flags have been installed all over the offices of Media Indonesia and Metro TV in Kedoya, West Jakarta, since last Wednesday. On the secretaries' desks, in the meeting rooms, the editorial offices, the studios and even the large office canteen. All of the flags are white and bear the image of a smiling face.
