THE Supreme Court (MA) and the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) are requested to work out a solution to the dispute between the two high state institutions. This was stated by Jimly Asshididdiqie, Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court, in response to the MA’s refusal to be audited by the BPK. Jimly suggested that the meeting between the two parties be attended by a government representative. “So that the people don’t get confused,” said Jim
