THE Constitutional Court (MK) refused to carry out a judicial review of the material in Article 222 of Law No. 7/2017 on General Elections, as it was requested to do by the Idaman (Islam, Peace, Safe) Party. The Article states a candidate pairing for president and vice president may be proposed by any political party, or a coalition of parties, taking part in the general election that meets the requirement of having won at least 20 percent of all
