Another Twin Otter aircraft has crashed. The aircraft, owned by Air Regional,went down last week while it was attempting to land at the Mulia Airport in Puncak Jaya, Papua. The plane, chartered by the Puncak Jaya Regional Government, was loaded with 1,400 kilograms of rice, 209 kilograms of various other basic necessities and a drum of aviation fuel.
