BOUQUETS were everywhere at the house in the tranquil Barr district, Ayrshire, Scotland. It was as if they accompanied Tom Atkinson, the owner of the house, on his way to his eternal resting place.

A bouquet sent by the Indonesian government, through the Indonesian embassy in London, England, was a sign that Indonesia had not forgotten him. “We delivered this bouquet so as to respect him, as he rendered a service to the people of Indonesia,
