TO many people, the House of Representatives (DPR)—at the provincial, municipal and district levels—looks more like a corporation. If you want to be in the legislature, be prepared to invest some money in it. Once elected, one is expected to regain that investment within five years—with profit, of course. Everyone surely wants to make a profit. As to how one should do it, that's beside the point.
