TO many people, the House of Representatives (DPR)at the provincial, municipal and district levelslooks more like a corporation. If you want to be in the legislature, be prepared to invest some money in it. Once elected, one is expected to regain that investment within five yearswith profit, of course. Everyone surely wants to make a profit. As to how one should do it, that's beside the point.
