Missing Votes

The KPU has failed to announce the election results in accordance with its own schedule. Why have so many votes disappeared?

CLAUSE 104 of Law No. 12/2003 concerning the elections says that election results should be announced 30 days after polling day at the latest. Because voting was on April 5, the deadline for the General Elections Commission (KPU) to announce the result is May 5.
