WHEN the news broke that Supreme Court Chief Justice Bagir Manan was the target of a bribery attempt over businessman Probosutedjos appeal case, some people were shocked and disbelieving. Probosutedjos lawyer had asked his client for Rp5 billion, claiming it was to be paid to Bagir Manan
