Irregularities in the Supreme Court used to be the rule, not the exception, because no attempt has ever been made to radically clean it up.

WHEN the news broke that Supreme Court Chief Justice Bagir Manan was the target of a bribery attempt over businessman Probosutedjos appeal case, some people were shocked and disbelieving.
