Chaotic of Television and Radio Licensing

A complete revision is urgently needed on the process of issuing licenses to the electronic media. Allocating digital frequencies will not cause existing stations to lose their investment.

The case of Global TV is an example of how chaotic the licensing system of the electronic media is, as a result of the government being the sole regulatory authority.
