Having failed with the foundations case, the AGO is reopening the national car case. The aim in both cases is the same: how to bring Suharto to court.

THE Attorney Generals Office (AGO) has acted appropriately in reopening the case of the national car (Mobnas) project. Perhaps this is in response to the wave of dissatisfaction from the public after the Prosecution issued a document formally ending the investigation into seven foundations owned by former President Suharto.
