THIS tragic story should not ever be repeated. A youth who had just graduated from vocational school died after being picked up by the police at his home. His body was broken and bloodstained. He had been accused of robbing a businessman. Four of his friends accused of being in the same group were beaten black and blue at the police station. They lost their teeth, their faces were swollen and their fingernails had been pulled out. Horrifying.

The
