The Patal Senayan Land Case
The BPK announced the state incurred losses in the recent transfer-of-ownership of the Patal Senayan property. Legal recourse must be sought.

THIS case might well disappear and ‘be swallowed by the earth’—as they often say about corruption cases involving state-owned land. Yet, the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) made it clear in its May 2000 report that the transfer-of-ownership or ruilslag of the state-owned, 17.8 hectare Patal Senayan property, is incurring losses to the state in the amount of Rp121.63 billion.
