THE Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) should have taken swift action when Governor Suwarna claimed to have been blackmailed by a KPK investigator. If he was speaking the truth, this is totally unacceptable. The KPK investigator supposedly declared Suwarna a suspect when he refused to give bribes. Suwarna, who last week was sentenced by the Corruption Court to 18 months in jail, is convinced he is innocent and feels that he was a victim of t
