No Audit Immunity

The Constitutional Court is authorized to resolve disputes between the Supreme Court and the BPK. Yet state institutions should not refuse to be audited.

THE dispute between the Supreme Court and the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) must end soon. It has lasted for more than a year, and has now entered a dangerous phase. The public may well conclude that nobody in this nation has a satisfactory solution to the problem. If the conflict continues, people may well have reason to worry.
