Trying Asian Agri
The Tax Office plans to take the Asian Agri case to court. The clause allowing tax frauds to be resolved out of court should be eliminated.

IT is a huge relief that Tax Director-General Darmin Nasution has decided to resolve the Asian Agri case in court. Many had been worried that the accusation of Rp1.3 trillion tax fraud by the subsidiary of Raja Garuda Mas would end in an out-of-court settlement.
