The Bali conference ended without an agreed target for carbon emission reduction. Public initiatives must come first.

RISING hopes were dashed. The climate change conference in Bali did not produce an important and binding agreement on all nations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. There is no new target to drastically cut emissions. This means temperatures will rise out of control and lead towards a disaster for all humanity.
