The Supreme Audit Agency has filed for a ruling on the Tax Law because it feels its work has been obstructed. This is an unnecessary move.

THE Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Chairman Anwar Nasution should not be too much in a hurry to ask for a legal review of the Tax Law. Although the auditor is not yet able to examine the tax data from the Tax Directorate General, Anwar should not get overexcited on the issue and insist on taking the case to the Constitutional Court.
