Free Books via Websites
The government is buying the rights to elementary and secondary school textbooks. Distribution needs to reach remote areas as well.

THERE is no doubt that the government’s efforts to provide inexpensive books—which can be downloaded for free at the Book Center website—for elementary and secondary school students, is a positive breakthrough.
