CHAKIB Khelil’s forecast is something to worry about. As president of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), he estimates that oil prices will reach the U$200 mark in 2010. If Khelil and other analysts are right, there will be many economic problems ahead of us.
