A Message from The Hague
The arrest of Radovan Karadzic proves the long effort to capture the war criminal has not been in vain. Others still free must be hunted and brought to justice.

THE capture of the man who led the genocide of Bosnian Muslims means the world can finally see that justice has been done. It is a small victory, however. We still must wait for the International Crimes Tribunal in The Hague, The Netherlands, to decide on a fitting punishment to account for Radovan Karadzic's actions. The former Bosnian-Serb President was Europe's most wanted war criminal for 13 years.
