The chaos in the final list of voters continues to threaten the election. Population data management needs to be sorted out.

THIS nation has had considerable experience in organizing general elections. Since 1955, there have been elections almost every five years. In this era of direct elections, there have been more then a hundred gubernatorial, regents and mayors elections, a year. But the chronic problem remains unsolved: chaos regarding the list of voters.
