No Need to Boycott

The threat to boycott the presidential election is a step backwards. Improvements to the electoral process are more important.

EVERYBODY agrees that the April 9 legislative elections were badly organized. To use a soccer analogy, the game was held on a pitch that was not only muddy, but that had gaping holes everywhere.
