Justice for Amir Machmud

The judges who tried a man for possession of ecstasy are suspected of violating the Criminal Code procedures. The Supreme Court and the Judicial Commission must investigate.

SUSPICIONS of legal infractions in the trial of Amir Machmud must not be covered up. The driver for the National Narcotics Board was jailed for four years without being indicted as a suspect. Amir only heard the verdict of the West Jakarta District Court from his wife after he had been in jail for one year.
